            I started as a production worker in 1985. In 1988 I was promoted to the position of Mixer. This job included following written instructions to formulate home gardening products. Using scales, blending equipment, pumps and auger systems each item has to be weighed accurately and blended for a specific amount of time. 1989 I was promoted to the position of production line team leader. This position was responsible for the quality and quality of the product produced. Ensured the use of the proper packing materials, labels, and raw ingredients contained in the product. Supervised a crew of 5-6 team members. 1992 I was promoted to the position of production supervisor.

• • • • • • Responsible for all the production lines in the plant. Using company policies the hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations of all production employees. Following OSHA and company policies responsible for the safety of all production employees. Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and the Maintainance Supervisor to ensure all operations of the plant are conducted in a efficient and safe manner. Conducts quarterly inventory of all packaging material and high dollar chemicals. Coordinates with numerous temporary services for extra help during peak periods of production. The employee production staff consists of 10 permanent employees supplemented throughout the year with 20 to 80 temporary personnel. Daily assignment schedules to meet the needs of production orders. Ensure the plant meets production quotas using company policies for standard cost of each product. Responsible for the quality of all production lines. Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all the plant facilities to include restrooms, breakroom and grounds. Responsible and answers directly to the Vice President of Manufacturing for housekeeping in accordance with company policies as well as city and state requirements concerning hazardous waste, air quality and storm water runoff. Work closely with the production scheduler and the Purchasing agent to meet the needs of the production lines. Responsible for payroll time cards for all production employees and temporary personnel.
