Update and maintain current aging report. Make account receivable collections efforts
and maintain collection management records. Reconcile inter-company accounts. Reconcile and post miscellaneous
revenues. Recognize deferred revenues. Track employee advances.
Minimum requirements require a high school diploma and experience in modular accounting packages. Requires knowledge of accounting processes, record keeping, reconciliations, JE generation, database knowledge (Access) and collection management. Requires ability to analyze accounts and activities. Proficiency in worksheets and word processing. Knowledge of collection laws. Good communication skills and customer relations.
