Assignment Capsule
As a Clinical Innovations specialist you will: Take inbound calls from providers, hospitals, and members to ensure proper medical treatment is recieved via referrals and pre-certifications.
Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving techniques in an attempt to further the member's health and over all well being.
Document all calls and the arrangements you have decided upon.
Participate in special projects as assigned by Front Line Leaders and the Process Manager.

Role Essentials
High School Diploma
A demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
Role Desirables
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in the Health Field, Business, or related fields.
Customer Service background.
Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Front Line Leader. This area is under the leadership of the Process Manager and the Regional Director.
